About Health Club Services
Health Club Services is a fitness and wellness publication covering training, supplements, wearables, recovery, and the home-gym economy.
Health Club Services has been online since 2011. The original mission was straightforward — practical fitness coverage for adults who weren’t trying to be influencers or compete on stage, just trying to get stronger, sleep better, and stay healthy into their 50s and 60s. We’ve held that mission. We cover training programming (without religious devotion to any one school), supplement evaluation (yes, some work; most don’t), wearable tech (Whoop, Oura, Garmin, Apple Watch — and which one fits which user), home-gym setups for normal budgets, meal-prep services, and the recovery practices that actually move the needle vs. the ones generating Instagram content. We do publish affiliate-linked reviews. Every link is to a product we’ve personally tested, and every supplement review includes a "do we actually recommend taking this" verdict, which is "no" more often than "yes". The site is run by a small editorial team of long-term gym people — people whose squat numbers haven’t gone up much in five years and who think that’s probably fine.
We've been serving clients since 2011, building a reputation on reliability, clear communication, and results that compound over time.
